Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility Window

You can request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, starting from the day the carrier marks the order as "Delivered."

Requests submitted after the 30-day period are not accepted.

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A short explanation of the reason

Return reasons help us locate and process your request. They are not used to deny valid returns.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Returns showing wear, odor, damage, or missing components can be rejected.

  • Damage caused by insufficient return packaging can result in a denied refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Prepaid return labels are not provided for standard returns.

If a return package is lost by the carrier, a refund cannot be issued. Please retain the tracking number until the return process is fully completed.

Refund Details

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected after the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirming whether the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time is up to 7 business days after the return is received. Payment providers or banks can take additional time to release the funds.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for another size or model, please email us at: email.com within the 30-day return window.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: email.com

If the order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled. Once an order has been processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

After delivery, you can still request a return if you no longer want the item.

Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please send:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

  • Sending a replacement
  • Reshipping the correct item
