Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place and confirm your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received and is being prepared.
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are processed on the following business day.
Order processing typically takes 1-3 days (Monday to Friday). This timeframe includes order verification, quality control, item preparation, and packaging. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is offered free of charge on all orders delivered to the United States.
Any updates to shipping fees or promotional offers will be clearly displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

All processing and delivery timeframes are calculated in business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If any unexpected delays occur with your shipment, we will notify you by email whenever possible.
Shipping Origins
Depending on inventory availability and logistics requirements, shipments can originate from different locations.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For most orders shipped to the United States, import duties and customs-related fees are generally included in the product price. In most cases, no additional duties are required upon delivery. In rare situations, customs or local authorities can apply fees in accordance with their regulations.
Please note that customs assessments and processing times are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.
Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
External factors such as peak shopping periods (including Black Friday and holiday seasons), public holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or severe weather conditions can result in delivery delays.
If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe of 8 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days to account for potential carrier delays.
If your order has still not been delivered after this additional period, please contact us at email.com so we can investigate the issue, review your shipment, and provide assistance.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to process your request. However, once an order has been processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then follow our Return and Refund Policy, if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please:
- Take clear photos showing the problem (damaged area, incorrect item received, and, if possible, the packaging).
- Send the photos along with your order number to email.com.
- After reviewing your case, we will provide a solution, which can include:
- Sending the correct item
- Sending a replacement item
- Offering another suitable option in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy
